Recreational Rhythmic Gymnastics Classes
Rhythmic Gymnastics is an Olympic sport which combines the grace and elegance of dance, the acrobatics and athleticism of gymnastics with the use of different hand apparatus: rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon. This beautiful sport promotes the development of flexibility, strength, hand-eye coordination, and musicality. Gymnasts perform choreographed routines to music individually or in groups.
Integrity Athletics is one of only two facilities in the state of Ohio to offer a rhythmic gymnastics program. Integrity Athletics offers recreational rhythmic gymnastics classes for girls of all ages. No experience is necessary and gymnasts will be placed in appropriate levels as they progress. Our recreational rhythmic gymnastics program offers an introduction to the fundamentals of rhythmic gymnastics, including basic body elements and apparatus skills. Our goal is to provide a quality program in a fun environment and to develop flexibility, balance, coordination, strength, grace and self-confidence in every gymnast.
